I'm in love with the host. The speed is amazing, they give an outstanding value for the money and yet what made me write this review was the customer support. I had a problem today with my website and I filed a Support Ticket which was answered very fast, I was asked about the problem and pretty soon they fixed it. But previously, while trying to fix the problem myself, I created another one which I couldn't seem to fix, so I filed another Support Ticket which was answered as quickly and they enabled the error logging for me to find the problem, which I did. The best thing is that I thought the second problem was their mistake and, while they pointed out that it was not, they offered to help anyway: "I can help you. Full support is provided here.". In a nutshell GREAT customer support. I have been using xProxyHost only for a couple of days now but I had to write this review. I’m in love with the host.

The prices are cheap for me and the support has been very good. My old reliable proxyhost with whom I was with for 15 months was shutting down and I needed someone really good to replace it. XProxyHost was the best I found. There were occassional downtimes in the beginning but were taken care of promptly.
